Presentation guidelines
Poster format
A0 format in portrait orientation (841 mm wide × 1189 mm high or 33.1 × 46.8 inches). Posters should be presented on a single sheet and preferably be light enough to be attached with Blu-Tack. Posters should ideally be delivered to the registration desk on the morning of September 2 during registration (i.e., between 9:00 and 11:00).
If you would like your poster to be displayed as part of a slideshow that will be shown in the main auditorium throughout the event, you must upload a version in .jpeg format before 28 August, using the following file format:
P_session number_SURNAME_NAME.jpeg
For example: P_Session1_JACKSON_MICHAEL.jpeg
Speed talks
5-minute presentations (we will be strict with timing) + Q&A session, grouped with 3–4 additional speakers in the following mini-session.
Preferred format: PowerPoint in widescreen format (16:9).
Please upload your presentation before 28 August at 23:00 CET, using the following file format:
ST_session number_SURNAME_NAME.pptx
For example: ST_Session2_JACKSON_MICHAEL.pptx
Oral presentations
12-minute presentations (we will be strict with timing) + 3 minutes for questions.
Preferred format: PowerPoint in widescreen format (16:9).
Please upload your presentation before 28 August at 23:00 CET, using the following file format:
T_session number_SURNAME_NAME.pptx
For example: T_Session3_JACKSON_MICHAEL.pptx
Workshops
There is the possibility for attendees to organise a workshop on 1 September.
The deadline for registering for the workshops is 15 July.
